Do I need to be a Santander customer to benefit from this offer?
No, this offer has been extended to non-Santander customers for a limited time and strictly limited numbers. Santander are a national partner of ActionCOACH and we recommend them to clients but there is absolutely no obligation to bank with Santander or use their products.
Can I carry on with a coaching programme after the free sessions?
The complimentary sessions not only help you build your business but are designed to assess whether you are a good fit for our programmes and if coaching will benefit you. If both you and your coach wish to explore working together you will have the option at the end of these complimentary sessions
Are there any hidden costs with this offer?
Absolutely not. These complimentary sessions are completely free.
How much does paid coaching sessions cost?
Coaching should be an investment and not a cost as you will see on return on your investment. Investment levels vary and depend on the needs of the business. Group training starts at £100 per hour per person through to £10k per month executive coaching for large companies. One-to-one coaching for SMEs usually stars at £25k per annum and is covered by the ROI guarantee. If you don't generate more profits than the investment you get a full refund or "double the difference" back.
What are the criteria to be accepted?
There are no hard and fast rules although Jamie chooses to not work with certain sectors or industries such as gambling. He looks for ambitious businesses with open minded business owners. Size of business is typically £500k to £100m turnover.
